Whether you are a novice or a veteran gardener, it is very important that you have your own space which is not crawling with pests and other bothers that might ruin your time for relaxation. Although it is not possible to create a sterile environment for gardening, it is possible to use a few tips on how to make the most out of your garden and to have it relatively pest-free. Nevertheless, the best you can do in any garden is to keep up with newer trends and to have your eyes peeled if there is any pest problem you need to take care immediately.

Add coffee to your soil
Try not to get rid of your coffee grounds as they are a great addition to your garden, and not only will they add necessary minerals to the soil, they will also help in deterring pests from your garden. Many creatures simply cannot stand the smell and the taste of coffee grounds, and it will make them stay clear of your garden.
